This is the first time I've written about Antonio Margheriti for a magazine, so I'm really pleased to be getting the word out there. This two page overview of his career is in the latest issue of Screem, available on all good magazine stands across America.
I cover Science Fiction, Peplum, Eurospy, Gothic Horror, Giallo, Westerns, Jungle Action and 'Nam, Pulp Adventures and Comedy. I had to cheat a bit and talk about some films that I haven't seen yet, but mostly I stuck to the titles I know.
I know I've been a bit quiet on the blog this year, but I've been really busy with my new job as a full-time film lecturer, plus I'm trying to finish a book I've been committed to for several years. Once that first full draft is out of the way, around Christmas time, I'll pick things back up on here. I've missed watching Margheriti!
